PIAF-Founders Alliance hails decision

PIAF-Founders Alliance has welcomed the Chief of Army Staff's intervention to resolve current political situation and hoped that now things would move in right direction and economic activities would be revived.
Leaders of PIAF-Founders Alliance Mian Anjum Nisar, Mian Muhammad Ashraf, Chairman PIAF Malik Tahir Javed, Chairman Lahore Township Industries Association Chaudhry Zaheer Bhutta, Leader of Kattar Band Road Industrial Area Syed Mahmood Ghaznavi, President Anjuman-e-Tajran Khalid Pervez, Leader of Paper Market Khamis Saeed Butt, Mubasher Sheikh of Circular Road Plastic Market, Talha Tayyab Butt and Muhammad Haroon of Shahalam Market, President Ferozepur Road Marble Market Chaudhry Mahboob Ali Sirki and Nasir Saeed of Chamberlain Road in a joint statement on Friday said that whole nation is looking to the Pak army that has rescued the country at every testing time of the history.
They said that after intervention of Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, business community is quite optimistic that economic activities would be promoted that were standstill because of Dharnas and sit-ins. They said that politics of Dharnas is not only tarnishing the image of the country in the eyes of international community but also hindering economic progress. They demanded of the politicians to end their sit-ins and focus on early rehabilitation of IDPs who are facing various difficulties. They hoped that political situation would be normalised soon and economic activities would be revived soon.
