Algeria's state grains agency OAIC has issued a tender to buy a nominal 50,000 tonnes of optional-origin milling wheat for shipment in the second half of December, European traders said on Monday. The deadline for bids is on Wednesday, September 10, they said. Traders said OAIC had made no change in its tender requirements despite talk that they could do so after a poor-quality harvest in its main supplier France. It said the grain shipped should be homogeneous.
