Tremors were felt in several parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and some parts of Gilgit-Baltistan on Wednesday. According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties. The epicentre of the 4.1 magnitude earthquake was in the Hindukush mountains and its depth was measured at 89 kilometres.
