Dutch Prime Minister offers support in water management

Prime Minister of Netherlands Mark Rutte called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the United Nations Headquarters on Friday. The Dutch Prime Minister expressed grief over the devastations caused by the recent floods, and said Netherlands was very good at water management and offered assistance in this regard.
The PM apprised his Dutch counterpart of the government's efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country including the ongoing military operation in the tribal areas. He said the operation was going on successfully. Nawaz Sharif said a large number of people from that region were displaced and has to be rehabilitated.
