Co-Chairman of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari said on Saturday the rally of October 18 will show that the PPP was still the largest political party of the country. In a statement issued from Lahore, Asif Ali Zardari has advised party workers to speed up political activities in Punjab. "Party workers should come out of their houses," Zardari said.
He directed party officials to sort out differences with angry PPP workers and bringing them forward in the party. Earlier, PPP Patron-in-Chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari quoted his father saying "sit-ins that are being carried in Islamabad harming the country", adding the reason behind protests is nothing but personal grief.
