Robbers loot Rs 10 million from money exchange company

Unidentified robbers on Saturday took away some Rs 10 million from a money exchange company office located near Hassan Square in the jurisdiction of Aziz Bhatti police station here. According to police, the theft incident occurred during early hours of Saturday when a group of robbers barged into the company by drilling in the wall and took away some Rs 10 million including foreign currency.
They, first of all, made all the security alarms ineffective and escaped without leavening any clue. An official in Aziz Bhatti police station said, "The security guard of the Exchange Company is being questioned by police. Its premature to say anything about the elements involved in this incident," he added. An FIR No-522/2014 was registered. However, none of robbers was arrested till filing of this report.
