Taiwan stocks traded lower on Wednesday tracking overseas markets amid worries over global growth. As of 0150 GMT, the main TAIEX index was down 27.77 points at 9013.04, after closing down 0.6 percent on Tuesday. Confidence-boosting measures announced by the financial regulator on Tuesday offered limited support for local shares as negative news from the US on weak manufacturing growth and the Ebola scare hit local trading sentiment. The electronics subindex was down 0.4 percent.
