'Government will not leave IDPs in critical situation'

Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that displaced persons from North Waziristan Agency will not be leave alone at their critical stage and PTI government will assist them at all. Talking to a tribal elders' delegation from North Waziristan here on Friday at his chamber, apprised the delegation that provincial government has already chalked out a comprehensive plan for the respectable return of displaced tribesmen from North Waziristan to their homes back. Prominent among the elders were Malak Jalal, Haji Sher Khan, Malak Niaz Mohammad and Maulana Yousaf Gul.
Asad Qaiser said that the provincial government gave much importance to improve the infrastructure so that the tribesmen have no hardships in going back to their homes in North Waziristan Agency. He said that government would provide all sort of support to the IDPs.
The Speaker said that little delay in sending the IDPs back to their homes is in favour of the tribesmen adding that they were well aware of the problems being faced by the displaced families presently living in various parts of the province. The delegations discussed the problems and issues of IDPs with the Speaker. The Speaker assured the elders that they would not leave the displaced families alone at this critical stage of their lives. He said that tribesmen have left their homes for the sake of the country.
