Judicial remand granted to Gilani's son's guard

An anti-Terrorism Court here on Friday sent Muhammad Khan, security guard of Abdul Qadir Gilani, accused of killing a youth in Defence of son of former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani to jail on judicial remand. Police produced Muhammad Khan before Judge Muhammad Ayub Marth. The counsel for the accused pleaded before the judge that Khan assumed Tahir a terrorist and did aerial firing but a bullet accidentally pieced his eye and he died on the spot.
An Investigation Officer told to the judge that the interrogation had been completed and the weapon used in murder had also been recovered. Upon which, a judge sent the accused to jail on Judicial remand. Muhammad Khan shot dead Malik Tahir on a road in Defence assuming him a terrorist; when convey of Abdul Qadir Gilani was passing from there.
