The Pakistan Ex-servicemen Association (PESA) has welcomed appointment of Justice Sardar Raza Khan as new the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC). He is a man of integrity who gave judgements based on law and his convictions. In a statement issued by General Secretary PESA Brigadier Syed Masud-ul-Hassan (Retd) on Friday PESA hoped that the new CEC would utilise all his capabilities and strength to restore peoples' confidence in impartiality of the Election Commission.
