Apropos a news item which appeared in Business Recorder on January 2 regarding non-closure of accounts even after December 31, 2014. Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) has clarified that the Bank closed its Book of Accounts on 31st December for the year 2014. All branches remained opened on 1st January 2015 to finalise the financials/closing statements as per SBP guidelines.
