The local commission has completed inspection of 270 polling stations out of total 284 of NA-122, the constituency from which National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq was declared successful. An official said that the inspection of votes would be completed hopefully on Saturday (today).
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan had lost the seat. Shoaib Siddique, the representative of PTI Chief Imran Khan, talking to media persons, said that 25,000, to 30,000 votes were found bogus, 50 to 60 poling stations were without forms of 14, 15 and 16 while 150 votes were unsealed. The votes of NA-124 were also found in the record of Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. On other side, Colonel Mubashar (retired) who is representative of Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that they also found bogus votes in record of PTI Chief Imran Khan. A number of unsigned votes and without thumb impressions were found in Khan's record, he added.
