Rozgar Scheme: transparent computerised ballot held in Faisalabad

Transparent Computerised Balloting under the Punjab Chief Minister Rozgar Scheme was drawn at Nusrat Fateh Ali Auditorium here on Friday under the supervision of Commissioner Faisalabad, Captain Nasim Nawaz (Retd).
The local legislators including Mian Farooq, Sh Ejaz Ahmad, Faqir Hussain Dogar, Dr Najma Afzal, Begum Surraya Nasim, Madiha Rana and RPO Muhammad Hussain Tufail, DCO Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, CPO Dr Sohail Tajik, DCO Toba Tek Singh, Waqas Alam, Acting DCO Jhang, Babar Bashir, DCO Chiniot Muhammad Ashraf Khichi, ADC Qamar Ejaz Khali, AC (Gen) Mehr Shafqat Ullah and President FCCI, Engineer Rizwan Ashraf, Vice President Nadeem Allah Wala and the applicants were also present on this occasion.
Out of 16,310 applicants from all the four districts of Faisalabad Division, 5,718 were declared successful in the balloting who will be granted Bolan, Suzuki and Ravi vehicles to start their own business and earn livelihood. Addressing on this occasion, the Members of National and Punjab Assembly hailed the Rozgar Scheme. They said that a huge amount of rupees 31 billion has been allocated by the government for this scheme and 50,000 un-employed youngsters would run their own business under Rozgar Scheme.
They appreciated Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for taking keen interest in the welfare of the unemployed youth by supplying vehicles to the jobless youths to start their own business. Commissioner Nasim Nawaz in his brief address congratulated the successful applicants to get the Bolan, Suzuki and Ravi vehicles on soft terms and told that hundred percent mark-up of the bank over these instalments will be paid by the government which was a great impetus to successful applicants.
