FPCCI elections APBUMA chief felicitates Business Group

The value added sector has felicitated the victory of Businessmen Group and Mian Muhammad Idrees in FPCCI election describing it a paradigm shift that has opened new avenues for the active participation of the business community in national level business politics.
Chairman of All Pakistan Bedsheet & Upholstry Manufacturers Association (APBUMA) Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi said that it was the outcome of the unity, faith and discipline demonstrated by the business community. He specifically thanked the active participation of local business leaders in the election process and said that their unity was amazing that had also bewildered our opponents. Nineteen associations of South Punjab supported them.
He said that occupied group of FPCCI had strengthened its citadels for the last 17 years and was so confident that even at the start of the counting of ballot papers. He said that his election as president for the apex trade body of the country is a reflection of confidence of business community in his leadership abilities. Chairman APBUMA said that Mian Muhammad Idrees is symbol of success, business ethics, socially responsible and progressive business gentleman. "We expect the same will reflect in working of FPCCI and it will further strengthen to play a proactive role to overcome issues faced by the Trade & Industry of Pakistan" He said.
Imran Mehmood, Senior VC of APBUMA said textile sector of Faisalabad has always been supporting Mian Muhammad Idrees and will continue in future as well. He said that being big name of textile sector, he fully understands the challenges faced by this sector and hoped will work in close liaison with textile sector. Iqbal Khan VC APBUMA, Khawaja Muhammad Younus, Syed Muhammad Aasim Shah and M. Anees Khawaja also welcomed Mian Muhammad idrees as President of FPCCI. They wished him honour and success and hoped will serve as conduit between the business community and Government in creating conducive environment for investment and progress.
