Sindh Chief Secretary Sajjad Saleem Hotiyana has taken notice of arranging more than one dish in official programmes has directed to arrange only one dish. The Sindh CS has issued a circular to the Provincial Secretaries and high officials in this regard, said a statement on Wednesday.
