Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour of Awami National Party (ANP) on Monday announced a $200,000 reward for the person who will assassinate the owner of French magazine Charlie Hebdo for publishing blasphemous caricatures. He made this announcement while speaking on the floor of the National Assembly. He also announced that he would give $100,000 to the families of those persons who were killed during the attack on the office Charlie Hebdo.
He also requested the government to help him trace the families of the three attackers. Bilour also condemned the Sunni-Shia strife in the country. He said that the Ulema should play their role in this regard.
