As many as four militants were killed when jet fighters pounded at Tirah Valley here in Khyber Agency on Saturday. According to reports, fighter jets of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) bombarded the hideouts of militants in the tribal region due to which four terrorists, including three suicide bombers, were killed and seven others were injured. Food deposits and ammunition was also destroyed in the air strike.
Twenty militants were killed in an air strike at Tirah Valley earlier this week. It should be noted that security forces launched military offensives Zarb-e-Azb and Khyber-I in North Waziristan and Khyber Agency tribal areas respectively after a series of terrorist attacks in the country.
