The Lahore High Court disposed of a petition of Jamat-ud-Dawa leader, Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi accused of mastermind of 2008 Mumbai attack, as he had already been freed. Lakhvi through his counsel submitted that the home department was not complying with the court order of his release. He said that the petitioner had already been granted bail in the case but District Co-ordination Officer Okara issued his fresh detention orders.
