IHC delays Shafqat's execution for two days

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) delayed execution of Shafqat Hussain for two days. IHC Judge Athar Minallah heard Hussain's petition, during which he observed that the committee formed by the government to probe Hussain's age was illegal. He said that all court decisions in the case were final.
The IHC on Tuesday delayed the execution of death row convict Hussain by one day. Earlier, an anti-terrorism court had issued black warrants for Hussain's execution at 6:00AM on May 6.
