Samsung is just not having enough of making fun of rival Apple’s iPhone X as it released more ads pointing out different cons of the phone.
In the first ad of the ‘Ingenius’ campaign, the South Korean manufacturer released made fun of iPhone X’s slower download speeds when compared to the Galaxy S9. This time the new ads in the campaign made fun of iPhone X’s camera, lack of fast charging and no headphone jack.
The ad involves a conversation between customer and the same Apple employee seen in the first ad in an Apple Store. The ad points out the fact of Samsung Galaxy S9 getting a higher score in terms of camera than the iPhone X in DxOMark – Samsung scored 99, whereas Apple was at 97.
The second ad notifies the fact that the iPhone X does not come in with a fast charger, but Galaxy S9 does. In fact, the customers have to buy the fast charging adaptor and USB cable separately, costing them extra money.
The third ad makes fun of Apple removing the headphone jack in favor of better waterproof rating. For users who do not wish to buy wireless headphones have to buy an adaptor, or a dongle, again costing extra money. And if the user wants to charge at the same time, they would need another ‘dongle’.
Sending its messages to consumers, all of the ads end with a tagline ‘Upgrade to Galaxy’.
