Some things you mightn't want to remember. For example, that three years ago you searched on Google for tickets for a concert that you now find embarrassing. Or would you like to know about it? No problem - Google allows you to download your own search history. You simply log into your Google account and select the search settings. The search history can then be downloaded as a JSON file.
You can then browse your search history to your heart's content - or cringe at the things you searched for. There's one limitation, however - only searches made while you were logged into your Google account will appear in the search history.
In addition, the function to record your search history can be deactivated if you wish. This can be done via the same menu used to download the search history.
