KP government fails to deliver: Iftikhar

25 May, 2015

Central General Secretary, Awami National Party, Mian Iftikhar Hussain, has said that the PTI-led provincial government has failed to deliver during the last two years of its rule in the province. He was addressing a public gathering in Pabbi area of Nowshera on Sunday. He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had deceived masses through hollow slogans of change, as despite the passage of two years, they had failed to utilise developmental budget for the uplift of the province.
Iftikhar alleged that PTI was planning to win the upcoming LG polls through rigging and they were using government machinery to get public support ahead of the polls. He asked the Election Commission of Pakistan to take notice of PTI's pre-poll rigging tactics and must stop it from announcing developmental projects until the elections were held.
The ANP leader claimed that a large number of PTI workers had become disappointed and they were now joining Awami National Party. He directed the party workers to speed up election campaign to get another opportunity to serve the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
