Organiser PTI Sindh Chapter, MNA Dr Arif Alvi has said that the education system in Sindh province has almost collapsed while the properties of the poor were being occupied illegally. Speaking to media at the residence of renowned scholar of Sindh, Zulfiqar Halepoto, here on Sunday, he said that the worst drought has severely affected the people of Thar, who are dying of famine, he said, adding the shortage of water has also made the people's life very miserable in Karachi.
The role of Sindh government was not seen anywhere to resolve the issues, rather it was criticizing its opponents in the province and they are levelling allegations against each others, he added.
Keeping in view such situation in the province, the leadership of the PTI would not be silent but it would launch a campaign to eliminate all evils including corruption from the province, Alvi said.
Now the time has passed to use Sindh card for personal benefits, he said while appealing the people of Sindh to elect their real representatives who could work for their rights.
Reply to a question, he said that the delimitation process was based on nepotism and favouritism and the PTI has reservations over it, he said.
The cause of terrorism in Karachi is due to the presence of militants' wing with various parties, he added.
