After the success of PMYSDP phase-I the present government in the line of promise made by Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif with the nation that every youth of the country will be imparted technical training to make him useful citizen of the country and to provide sustainable livelihood for himself and his dependents.
The second phase of training programme will be carried out in the country for 25,000 candidates, National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTC) has announced Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Programme.
The applications are invited from the candidates should reach by 8th June 2015. Training program will be started from July 4 in various professional disciplines for 25,000 youth. During the training of 6 months the trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs 2500 monthly, whereas, trainees belonging to Fata, will be given a stipend of Rs 3500 per month. The NAVTC has established the training centres all over the country. The training facilities are being provided in Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, KPK, Gilgit Baltistan, AJK, Islamabad and Fata. The training will be provided to the candidates at the centres situated nearby their residential areas. In Sindh, Fata and KPK-65 Balochistan-20, Islamabad, Gilgit, Skardu and AJK-26 institutions are set for the training purpose, whereas 129 institutions in Punjab will be providing facilities and stipend under the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program.-PR
