Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Tuesday, where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 97.69 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,573.35 to 3,4,75.66 points. The overall turnover amounted to 2,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 1,500 shares. Total 148 companies participated in buying and selling activity.
Majority of stocks (83) closed in negative territory, 65 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Pakistan Oilfields was 1,000 shares. The volume of Habib Bank Limited was 500 shares. The volume of Pakistan Petroleum was 500 shares.
