To which, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja observed that poor investigation is one of the major reasons behind acquittal of accused, but usually courts are blamed to grant relief in bail matters. Taking notice of less budgetary allocation for investigation and prosecution department of the FIA, the bench asked Federal Interior Secretary to submit report in the matter failing which the bench hinted at summoning him in person. Later, the court adjourned the hearing of case till August 11.
