Asif, Asjad, Pankaj, Bintao in World 6-Red Snooker semis

Pakistan's Muhammad Asif and Asjad Iqbal with defending champion Pankaj Advani of India and China's Bintao breezed into the semi-final of IBSF World 6-Red World Snooker Championship after winning their quarter-finals on Monday evening.
Former IBSF World and Asian 6-Red Champion Asif ended the fine run of compatriot Shahram Changezi with tough 5-3 victory.
Asjad, a pupil of last year's world championship runner Muhammad Sajjad, maintained his brilliant run with highly encouraging 5-1 victory over Manan Chandra of India.
Reigning IBSF World Snooker Champion Yan Bintao ended a brilliant run of young Muhammad Bilal with 5-3 victory.
Pankaj Advani beat Mohammad Rais Senzahi of Afghanistan 5-2. In Tuesday semi-finals, Asif will take on Pankaj and Asjad will be up against Bintao. Quarterfinal results:
