One of India’s most controversial reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ is returning with its 12th season and makers have again retained Salman Khan as the show host. The actor, who is occupied with ‘Dus Ka Dum’ and ‘Bharat’, shot promos of the reality show yesterday.

The reality television show, which usually goes on air around October every year, will begin a month earlier this time, on September 16. Salman took out some time from his busy schedule to shoot five promos, which will be aired closer to the premiere date of the show.

Ever since the show was announced by the makers, there were talks about who will become a part of the show. It is being said that this season will have a mix of both celebrity and the commoner contestants with an addition of the fact that this season will also have participants in the form of partners.

According to Indian media reports, keeping with the theme of partners, people will see Salman in double roles in all the promos. He will be a star, a bank officer and so on. The screen will be split and people will see two Salman’s in all of them.

TV actor Srishty Rode has been finalized as the first contestant of the show.
