20 Aug, 2015

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Punjab Organiser Chaudhary Mohammad Sarwar has said the supporters of banned organisations must be removed from public offices to execute a clean-up operation against them. He said his party supported the operation against the banned organisations and terrorists.
In a statement issued on Wednesday he said without removing the banned organisations' supporters from public offices, "even 100 operations" would never be able to cleanse the society from the menace of terrorism. He said terrorists must be eliminated in the Punjab and Pakistan to ensure peace. He then welcomed an army decision to launch operation against terrorists and extremists in the Punjab and announced party's complete support.
He said everybody knew that some government functionaries in Punjab had direct relations with the banned organisations and demanded that such elements must be removed from their positions for the success of clean-up operation. He said the operation against terrorists and extremists should be launched without any discrimination for the cause of peace, prosperity and well-being of the country.
