KP CM's Complaints Cell redresses public grievances

The Chief Minister's Complaints and Redressal Cell come to the rescue of the residents of Hayatabad against the growing number of stray dogs in the modern township. Sohail, a resident of Phase-VII, Hayatabad Peshawar have lodged a complaint against office of the Water & Sanitation Services, Hayatabad, Peshawar for eradication and killing of stray dogs in Phase-VII, Hayatabad.
The said complaint was forwarded to Zonal Manager (Zone-C) Water & Sanitation Services, Hayatabad, Peshawar, for necessary action. The aforementioned department took prompt action and killed 194 numbers stray dogs in the jurisdiction of Zone-C&D in Hayatabad. The said complaint has thus been redressed satisfactorily.
On another complaint the cell helped release of salaries to all social organisers of National Material, Newborn & Child Health Programme Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. After the receiving of the complaint it was forwarded to the Provincial Co-ordinator, MNCH Programme Peshawar for detail report and in response to this Secretariat letter, the Provincial Co-ordinator, MNCH Programme, Peshawar paid salaries for the month of April, 2015 to all Social Organisers and five Social Organisers are also receiving their current salaries without any hurdles.
Furthermore, M/s Rawab Khan & Company, District Bannu lodged a complaint against Executive Engineer, C&W Department Haripur for not releasing of security amount. The said complaint was forwarded to XEN, C&W Department, Haripur, for necessary action and report. In response to this Secretariat letter, the XEN, C&W Dept took prompt action and paid security to the complainant through a cheque, amounting to Rs 63,348/-. The said complaint has thus been redressed satisfactorily.
Azam Khan and others of Teri Tehsil Banda Daud Shah, district Karak lodged a complaint against land grabbers regarding illegal occupation of the lands of Government High School, Teri Tehsil Banda Daud Shah Karak. The said complaint was forwarded to Deputy Commissioner Karak, for necessary action and report. In response to this Secretariat letter, the Deputy Commissioner, Karak took strict action against the land grabbers who encroached upon the school area and removed all the encroachment. While Faqir Zada, resident of Shalkanai Payan U/c Shalfani, district Lower Dir lodged a complaint against bogus doctor ie Sultan Muhammad s/o Saiful Malook, resident of Serkay Vari who was illegally running un-registered clinic. The said complaint was forwarded to Deputy Commissioner, Lower Dir for inquiry and necessary action as per Law / Rules. In response to this Department letter, the Deputy Commissioner Dir Lower conducted inquiry and accordingly registered a case under section-19-37/Drug/HRA Act-2010 against the accused vide FIR No-68, dated 12.1.2015. His clinic was locked and sealed under Health Ordinance-2002 (Amended Act 2010).
Rahmat Ali s/o Haji Marwat Khan R/o Naway Kalay, Tehsil Dagar District Buner, lodged a complaint against Bakht Ghafoor Shah Patwari, Revenue Department District Buner regarding absence from duty since 9.2.2015.
The said complaint was forwarded to Deputy Commissioner, Buner for inquiry and necessary action as per law/rules. In response to this department letter, the Deputy Commissioner, Buner suspended Bakht Ghafoor Shah, Patwari from his service and initiated disciplinary proceedings against him as per rules.
