After the many rumors and major hints dropped by Samsung about the features of upcoming Galaxy Note 9, the phone is finally being launched today after much wait.
Samsung hinted at the upcoming phone getting a bigger battery, storage and processor. Combining all the rumors and confirmed updates, here’s what we should expect from the upcoming phone.
With its first teaser, Samsung has already hinted that there will be upgrades in the S Pen. Rumors also suggest that the stylus will have Bluetooth connectivity with the ability to control the camera shutter and music playback.
Moreover, Samsung released three more teasers hinting that the phone will have more storage, stronger battery, and a faster processor. Rumors also say that the camera will get a major upgrade as well.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9’s pre-reservations begin six days before launch
Rumors suggest that there won’t be much change in the design and will be similar to the previous Galaxy Note 8. The fingerprint sensor will be shifted to below the cameras, instead of beside them. Also, the company has tweaked the color combination as well. A render of the phone suggested a combination of goldenish-yellow S Pen and blue phone body.
Talking about the price, Samsung said that Galaxy Note 9 will have ‘reasonable price’, and speculations are that it could be cheaper than $950, which was the price of last year’s mdoel. Shipments are supposed to initiate from August 24, and Samsung has even started taking pre-reservations for the phone.
