Meezan Bank sets up Hajj booth at Haji Camp

In order to facilitate the pilgrims of Hajj, Meezan Bank has set up its first Hajj booth at Haji Camp, Karachi. Dr Muhammad Imran Ashraf Usmani, Shariah Advisor & Group Head Product Development and Shariah Compliance at Meezan Bank honoured this ceremony by inaugurating this booth.
Meezan Bank's Hajj booth has a capacity of serving over 70 pilgrims at a time. The Bank is also operating Hajj booths in nine other cities of the country. This year Meezan Bank would be facilitating 4,500 pilgrims under the government and private Hajj schemes. The inauguration ceremony was attended by President & CEO of Meezan Bank - Irfan Siddiqui, Deputy CEO Ariful Islam, Department Heads and members of the team managing Meezan Labbaik, Bank's Hajj and Umrah product. Abdul Sattar Samtio, Director Karachi Haji camp, the chief guest of the ceremony appreciated the efforts of Meezan Bank. Shazia Zuberi Ali, VP - Product Manager Labbaik Hajj & Umrah who was recently acknowledged as the Best Female Islamic Banker by Islamic Finance Awards shared the Mission of Meezan Labbaik's team ie 'Striving to serve the guests of Allah (SWT) better!'-PR
