On Monday, at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) value traded was PKR 3,984 million. The number of lots traded was 21.92 million. PMEX Commodity Index was closed at 2,483. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3,513 million. This was followed by crude oil (PKR 439.87 million), silver (PKR 27.61 million) and cotton (PKR 3.64 million).
