K-Electric issued a press statement in which the company stated that the duration of the loadshedding was reduced across the city due to high temperature to facilitate its customers. The press statement notified that less than three hours loadshedding is being carried in high loss and very high loss areas. K-Electric teams are actively working in assisting their valued customers.
The power utility would like to assure its customers that KE teams are on stand-by to rectify any fault. Consumers can inform KE of any broken wires or technical faults by calling on 118 or SMS to 8119 or register their complaint on KE's digital platform.-PR
