New users of Windows 10 get annoyed with the never-ending series of clicks required to access certain settings, so it should be good news that the operating system also has a "secret" start menu allowing far simpler access to these functions. Mouse users should use a right click on the start button to bring this hidden menu to light.
If using a touchscreen computer, it's enough to just hold a finger down on the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen for a second or two to pull up the extra menu.
Functions available via this option include the device manager, network connection, the command-line interface and the disc volume manager.
