Sindh police's special branch has apprised the Sindh High Court (SHC) that Sardar Nabeel Ahmed Gabol, who had moved the higher court seeking court's intervention regarding his personal security against threats, does not have any security threat to his life.
The higher court's 2-member bench headed by the Justice Farooq Ali Shah heard the petition of Gabol on Monday and the special branch submitted its report negating Gabol's claim that he had security threats. In the report, the special branch said having checked all sides, it was established that the branch could not obtain any reliable information that could hint at the threat for Gabol's life. On hearing the arguments from the special branch, the SHC ordered for a written statement from the Additional Inspector General of the special branch for further action and thus adjourned the hearing till October 6, 2015.
