A bar member and candidate of NA-122 Malik Munsif Awan has approached the Lahore High Court for changing of the Returning Officer (RO) of the constituency for being 'ineligible' and 'incompetent' to hold by-election in the constituency. The petitioner stated that the RO Zahid Iqbal has failed to perform the statutory and constitutional duty.
