Amir Khan's case: hearing adjourned till October 30

11 Oct, 2015

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday adjourned the hearing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Amir Khan's case till October 30. The hearing was deferred due to non-availability of judge. While talking to media outside the court room, Amir Khan stated that MQM had finalised the preparation for local bodies' election. He said MQM would undoubtedly win the polls despite all hurdles. He further said MQM was barred from collecting Zakat and animals' hides.
It is pertinent to mention here that the MQM leader was arrested from Nine Zero during Rangers' raid on March 11, for giving shelter to terrorists, target killers and suspects.
