15 Oct, 2015

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) spokesman said that allege suicide of a 50 years woman Samena Bibi in Jurisdiction of Bakar Mandi Sub-Division by drinking acid could be a cause of domestic dispute. FESCO issued the electricity bill of Rs 4525 of meter installed in the name of Ghulam Muhammad according to its consumption of 368 units so this impression is absolutely wrong that woman committed suicide due to FESCO over-billing.
The spokesman further said that FESCO has started Mobile Meter Reading in all over FESCO region to end the grievances of over wrong billing. In this connection, Meter Reader took picture of consumers meter reading afterwards this picture printed on the consumers' bill so that there should be no doubt of any bogus or over billing. On the directive of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rashid Ahmed Aslam XEN Nazimabad Division and SDO Bakar Mandi Sub Divison visited the site and check the meter reading of electricity meter which was found completely accurate.
