The sanction was the result of "incidents in public" after England's 3-0 win. The Lithuanian federation were fined 30,000 euros for crowd trouble, blocked stairways and for limiting fans' movement.
Poland received the heaviest fine of 40,000 euros for trouble during their 2-2 draw against Scotland in Glasgow with the Scottish authorities hit with a 20,000-euro sanction.
