Four suspects held, arms recovered

Sindh Rangers on Tuesday recovered as many as 2,000 bullets that were buried by the criminals in Lines Area here. According to details, Rangers raided the Lines Area on the information of already arrested suspects and dug up the ground, found nearly 2,000 bullets of sub-machine gun (SMG), 8mm pistol and G-3 assault rifle.
Rangers have also apprehended as many as four suspects including a criminal belongs to a political party. The security men have also arrested a criminal in injured condition after an alleged encounter at Eidgah. Police said that the arrested suspect is linked to Lyari gang war.
Separately, in Karachi's Defence area, Rangers also nabbed two militants. Two hand grenades and a stolen motorcycle were also recovered from their possession. Law-enforcement agencies also conducted an operation at Jamshed Road and held an activist of a political party while two terrorists were nabbed from Korangi and Landhi areas.
