A child died after coming under the debris of wall due tremor of 2.5 magnitude at richter scale jolted Swat, Shangla, Malakand and other adjacent areas on Sunday. Feeling the earthquake, terrified people come out of their houses and buildings reciting verses from Holy Quran while a minor Fahad 7, son of Sardar Hussain was roaming in the street, where he come under the debris of a wall and injured critically. The child was rushed to hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.
The Met Office has recorded 2.5 magnitude severity of the earthquake, which was 10-kilometer underground with epicentre in the mountainous area of Besham. Due to consecutive aftershocks, the people of Swat are feeling terrified.
