Former governor Herat province of Afghanistan Syed Faiz Ullah was kidnapped from Islamabad by unknown persons on Friday. Sources said that Faiz Ullah was kidnapped by unknown persons from an American fast food outlet at sector F-7 where he had a meal along with his family members. They said that Kohsar police have registered a report and started investigations.
