KP CM Complaint Cell redresses various complaints

The Chief Minister's Complaint and Redressal Cell has taken notice of the overcharging by parking contractor of Bagh-e-Naran, Hayatabad Township cancelled the parking lease contract of the violator contractor.
The action was taken on the complaint of Imran Mohammad, a resident of Hayatabad against Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) regarding overcharging of car parking and entry fee at Bagh-e-Naran, Hayatabad Town Peshawar.
The complaint was forwarded to Director General, PDA, Peshawar for taking necessary action. In response to the letter of the CM's Complaint Cell, the DG PDA, conducted enquiry into the matter and upon non-compliance of depositing fine amount by the contractor the PDA cancelled the contract lease in violation of lease agreement and took over the management in the best public interest till the time of hiring new contractor through public auction. The complaint has thus been redressed successfully.
Another complainant, Hassan Saleem Swati lodged against Galyat Development Authority, Abbottabad about non-registration of plot measuring one kanal & five Marlas at Dunga Gali, Abbottabad. The said complaint was forwarded to Project Director, Galyat Development Authority (GDA) for taking necessary action.
In response to the cell the GDA, Abbottabad took necessary action and transferred one kanal and five Marlas plot in the name of Hassan Saleem Swati.
Similarly, Muhammad Iftikhar S/o Khan Bahadar R/o Khawrai, District Nowshera lodged a complaint against Excise & Taxation Department Mardan for releasing of Motor Car Toyota Corolla bearing registration No. BJ-398, chassis No. NZE 121-0042174, Model 2001 confiscated by the said department. The said complaint was forwarded to the Secretary Excise & Taxation Department for necessary action. In response to complaint the Secretary Excise took necessary action and furnished detailed report whereby the aforementioned vehicle has been released.
On the intervention of the CM's Complaint and Redressal Cell, the University of Science & Technology, Bannu released a payment of Rs343,060 to complainant Kashif Mansoor S/O Inayat Ullah R/O resident of Lahore, Punjab Province.
The complainant had lodged a complaint against University of Science & Technology Bannu about non-releasing of payment for the last seven months to his company GEOTECH. The said complaint was furnished to VC University of Science & Technology Bannu, for necessary action. In response to this Secretariat letter, the VC Science & Technology released the requisite payment.
The cell also redressed a complaint lodged through email regarding fake/bogus certificate of Medical Technician of Muhammad Tarish S/o Eid Gul. The complaint was forwarded to District Health Officer, Hangu for conducting inquiry into the matter. The DHO Hangu conducted inquiry and furnished report and found declared Medical Diploma bogus/fake by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Faculty, Peshawar. In this regard the DHO imposed major penalty "removal from services" upon Muhammad Trish Medical Technician w.e.f 15-04-2015 as per rules depositing the previous salaries and other benefits into the Government Treasury.
Similarly, a complaint also redressed regarding forcibly occupation of a flat on Saddar Road, Peshawar. Khalid Usman S/o Ali Qadir R/o Ashrafia Colony, Eidgah Road, Peshawar lodged a complaint against Hukam Khan for vacation of flat situated at Saddar road Peshawar forcibly occupied by him.
The complaint was forwarded to Inspector General of Police, KPK Peshawar, for necessary action. In response IGP took legal action and furnished detailed report whereby the flat in question has been vacated by Hukam Khan and handed over to Khalid Usman the owner.
One Naiza Gul D/o Manzoor Elahi R/o Moh: Babu, District Haripur have lodged a complaint against the VC Hazara University Mansehra regarding issuance of revised DMC of MA History under roll No. 35022 of her relevant papers as per her admission form and attendance.
The complaint was forwarded to V.C Hazara University, Mansehra for taking necessary action. In response to this Secretariat letter the Hazara University issued revised DMC as per subject mentioned in the admission form as requested by Nazia Gul, the complainant.
