PML-N Lahore President Mohammad Pervez Malik has said that not only masses would have a modern journey facility after completion of Orange Line Metro Train project but it would give a clear message to the world that Pakistan is well on the way of progress and prosperity. He said, "Masses are the source of power and every single penny will be paid to them through one window operation."
He said that this project is the country's first rapid transit train system at par with the developed world. He said that credit goes to both Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif whose vision of development is the cornerstone of people-friendly policies.
He said that this project is not only is a feather in the cap of the country but would also further cement Pak-China brotherly relations. He said that it is not just the OLMT project but whole array of bilateral relations including China-Pakistan Economic Corridor that reflects the friendship between the two countries. Pervez Malik said that China could have chosen any other country with better prospects but it chosen Pakistan just because of visionary leadership and best economic policies of the present regime.
Pervez Malik that just alike China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, OLMT project will also prove a game changer for Punjab and people will experience a comfortable and economical travelling facility. He said that around 250,000 people will benefit from this facility on daily basis and the capacity will go up to 0.5 million within next 10 years.
