Forged mark sheets: KU cancels admission of students

Director Admissions, University of Karachi, Professor Dr Khalid Iraqi, has notified that after verification from the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi, the mark sheets of some students have been found forged/tempered, therefore their admission are cancelled with immediate effect.
In the varsity's morning programme, the admissions of Anas uddin Ahmed s/o Waseem uddin Ahmed (Deptt of Criminology); Syeda Farwa Batool Naqvi d/o Syed Mohsin Amir Naqvi (Deptt of Criminology); Mirza Wajahat Baig s/o Mirza Khalid Baig (Deptt of Criminology); Mirza Mubashir Ahmed Baig s/o Mirza Javaid Baig (Deptt of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology); Shafiulla s/o Habibullah (Deptt of Biochemistry); Niaz ul Haq s/o Karim Dad (Deptt of International Relations) and Sana Rashid d/o Rashid Hussain (Deptt of Statistics) have been cancelled.
In the evening programme of the varsity, the admissions of Rabia Haroon Rasheed d/o Haroon Rasheed Siddiqui (Institute of Space Science & Planetary); Rehmat Ali s/o Abdul Ghani Turkani (Deptt of Mathematics); Danish Baig s/o Zahid Baig (Deptt of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology); Muhammad Faraz Khan s/o Muhammad Hussain (Deptt of Criminology) and Anas Tariq s/o Tariq Bashir (Deptt of Public Administration) have been cancelled with immediate effect.
