Five terrorists were killed in a shootout with Frontier Corps (FC) at Dera Bugti on Sunday. A FC spokesman said that security forces carried out a raid on a tip off. The terrorists opened fire upon the FC cops. Frontier Corps retaliated leaving 5 saboteurs dead. One of the terrorists was arrested.
They were involved in the attacks on security forces and gas pipelines, the FC spokesman said adding that they were also involved in taking ransom and extortion
During the raid, their hideout was also destroyed whereas large number of weapons was also recovered in the process.
