PIMA to hold global convention at PMC in April

The 24th two-day international convention under auspices of Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) will be held at Peshawar Medical College from April 02. This was stated by PIMA convention chairman Dr Abdul Aziz along with Secretary Dr Abdul Samad, Dr Tayyab, Dr Suhban, and others, while addressing at a press conference at press club here on Thursday.
He informed that association will hold its 24th international convention, in which more than 3000 local and foreign health experts would be participated. He said a scientific exhibition will be held during the convention. Dr Abdul Aziz said that before formal inauguration of the convention, workshop sessions on Ideal Islamic Hospital will be held on March 31 and April 01.
He said the seminars under PIMA convention, will be first of its nature, due to participation of renowned medical practitioners from US, Malaysia and Jordan. Similarly, he informed scientific sessions will also conduct on various medical topics during the two-day event. During the convention, he informed that PIMA central president and executive council would be elected for next two years, through secret balloting process.
