Now that dual rear cameras are becoming common, smartphone manufacturers are moving towards triple rear cameras. But, a newly leaked picture shows that Nokia might be jumping forward by introducing five rear cameras.
A newly leaked picture on IT Home shows that Nokia maker HMD Global is stepping ahead in the rear camera game by aiming to introduce smartphone with five rear cameras.
Samsung might launch smartphone with four rear cameras this year
As per CNN, lens maker Zeiss might also be involved in the project, as its name can be seen below one of the five lenses that are arranged in a circular pattern. The picture also shows a flash and a type of focusing apparatus.
The Next Web states that the addition of so many lenses might be used for varying focal lengths. Each lens could have a different role such as black and white, telephoto, color and such. Also, rumors suggest that the device is likely to be the Nokia 9 or the Nokia 10.
Moreover, a few months ago Chinese manufacturer Huawei released the P20 Pro that featured triple rear camera. Also, there were rumors that tech giant Samsung too might introduce a phone with four rear cameras sometime in this year.
