Prices declined on the wholesale grain market on Friday in the process of modest trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, Moong Punjab was lower by Rs 20 to Rs 9850 and Moong Afghan followed same pattern, losing Rs 375 to Rs 11500, Guwar Sindh gained Rs 100 to Rs 3500 and Rs 3600, Guwar Punjab, however, lost the same amount to Rs 3200 and Rs 3300, other commodities maintained overnight levels, they said.
On the seeds side, Til regular on the back of easy supply, shed Rs 200 to Rs 3500 and Rs 3600, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new lost Rs 25 to Rs 2000 and the good type was down by Rs 50 to Rs 2050, other items maintained last levels, they said. Prices showed no change on the grams and rice sectors, they said.
